It looks like Website Creations are not hosting just reselling space at several hosting companies Dialtone.com being just one of them. They lease a dedicated server (Dailtone seems to only do shared hosting) and resell space on it.

I'm using the domain name.

So the site online is accually hosted at Dialtone.com and not Website Creations (although the owner is paying Website Creations to host it!).

The IP address of the site is 66.33.14.80 . How are you getting on to the site via FTP, by using the IP address or by using the domainname. If you are using the IP address, is it the same? If you are using the domainname in FTP, then it will resolve to 66.33.14.80.

Doing a traceroute to the site, it looks like it resolves to Dialtone.com as the host.

Yeah I know. They did pay for a year hosting at Website Creations but the site that I accessed through FTP was an old version.

The new version (which is online) must be hosted somewhere else. I don't know much about hosting but could the new version of the site be anywhere else other than FTP at Website Creations?
