The design here is really pretty basic. Work on your graphics skills, for one, and pay closer attention to the alignemnts you've created on the page. It might be a good idea to work on that but this could serve your purpose okay.

What I'd really like to know is more information about your service. How does it work, exactly? Will I be linking to sites with similar subjects or something completely different? Can I customize the look of the links box? Will it update itself automatically with new links? Things like that should be explained.
