Alternatively, you could have your host setup anonymous FTP and an "incoming" directory on your server - this would be free. You can also check out some scripts here:

You'd probably use a server-side language like ASP, CGI or PHP.

I know that with ASP you can use a component by SoftArtisans called SAFileUp.

First, you must decide which method you're going to use. This depends on what languages or features your host server supports and what you know or are prepared to work with.

If SAFileUp with ASP is a viable option to you, it should be easy to set up and deploy. Just remember that it costs about US $200.
