Overall I do like the .jpeg better, but I think that you should play with the bevel and shadow settings a little bit. The shadow should be smaller on both parts - much smaller on the "foundation" part, and the bevel on "foundation" should also be smaller.

Will try to work on the jpg a bit more and see what I can make out of it.

All your comments on Webmaster forum has made me much more aware what others might think of the work I do. You have helped our foundation to make even faster and more reader friendly pages. I will also try to make more comments to all on webmaster forums in the future.

This one is tough....hmmmmmm.

I like the gif one because it is more crisp but I like the shadow on the jpg one. Try working with the jpg one and see if you can make the word "foundation" less black.
