    <description> &lt;p&gt;Get a ATI Video Card...&lt;br /&gt;
It will do the trick and then some.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It has the option to capture screen shots from VCR, TV, Camera, etc... and also will capture AVI&#039;s, in raw format.&lt;br /&gt;
This is what I use with no complaints.&lt;/p&gt;
