It bascialy shows you a list of extensions you have loaded and gives you options to install or remove given extensions you have.</p> <p>I only load Dreamweaver with the extensions I want to use for that session or I can find that dreameaver takes a while to load and can become sluggish with the overheads of some extensions.</p> <p>The best extension? Well, it depends on the job needed done!
