I have filled out many of those. For me it was a pain, becuase I had to log into the regsistered e-mail account to send the e-mail from that account. Also, they couldn;t change my method of authentication unless all of my domains were set up the same, which they weren't.

I found it much easier to switch it to godaddy (http://registrar.godaddy.com) . Then I think networksolutions just sendsyou an e-mail with a more simple process to transfer the doain. Now its a breze to manage nameservers and other info with my domains.

Quote: So you want to transfer away from NSI?

Not just yet but I will definatley transfer AWAY from them as soon as I get this nameserver matter taken care of first. I am sort of afraid to ask them too much at once because of all the trouble I have had just getten the darn nameserver changed.

I called them this morning about the form they sent me. They pulled up the records and filled it out for me there. They said everything should be changed and ready to go within 72 hours.

*Where have I heard that before?*

Iwill be transfering to 000domains as well. I have had really good luck with them.

What confuses me is, the same time I contacted NSI about nameserver changes I also contacted 4 other registrars for the same thing for other domains. I didn't have a bit of trouble out of the other 4 and nameservers were changed within 1 to 2 days. But it has taken over a month with NSI. I just don't get it. Oh well, hopefull (within 72 hours...HA!!) my troubles will be over.

Ya'll just ignore me.....I'M VENTING!

So you want to transfer away from NSI?

I transferred away a couple of years ago to 000domains.com with no problem. I, at first, thought I'd have to get papers signed and go to all this trouble, but I was able to transfer the nameservers away easily, without getting NSI to do anything. And I bet you know how frustrating that can be!
