I think Chad just means that the mods want something more than "please review my site" cuz it's hard to distinguish between threads with titles like that - part of a general problem in forums , i.e., threads with indescriptive titles

How about "RR" -- it allows the mods to know which ones have been reviewed (not spam), and allows most of the name to show through?

I don't get how it makes it easier. The reason I mentioned it was that a long column of "REVIEW REQUEST" actually makes it harder for me to spot the new ones.

However, I agree that "please review my site" is equally as vague. Domain names won't be a practical solution either. Many of us request our reviews from sub-directories or test servers.

For the sake of making it easier on the moderators in knowing which sites they had reviewed and which they had not, we adopted this standard subject line. I will discuss it with the moderators of that forum and see if it would be ok for them to reduce the subject line to just the domain name.

It does seem awfuly long, I hate having the title of the thread span two lines . Hm, I got to agree with you there Taff!
