WS_FTP LE will probably serve your needs for a long time, if not indefinitely.

If you find yourself looking after numerous sites, you may want to consider the Pro version which is dirt cheap anyway. The integration with Windows Explorer is kind of addictive

If you have to have a separate FTP program, WS_FTP works fine. I personally just use the FTP program that is built-in to the OS.

I also used WS_FTP LE for a long time, but got a great deal on Cute ftp when I brought a new mouse (still have no idea what the connection was lol)
