Looks okay.... I would really like to see more colour though, and the navbar definitely needs something! I am seeing a little bit of a gap in the graphics between the right sidebar and the main area in Opera 6. Let me know if you want a screenshot. Oh, and lose that serif font - a sans-serif would look much better.

Basically I think that you are wanting us to review your graphics since that is about all there is. They look okay.

There's really not much to comment about. Your site looks ok. But you should upload more content. Actually upload all you can. As a webmaster your work is never finished anyway.
What is KornDragon about? What catogory would your site fall under? Is it a personal site? If so you can keep it simple. If not add features to it so that a guest will feel lucky to have found your site!

I don't like frames very much and it seems that people are using iframes for the sake of it. This would work better using tables and then it's all on one page and everything looks better. As for the overall layout/design I find it too grey & boring and the graphics are ok but just blocks of cold grey. You need to get some colour in there and the links need to be more than just default font (but that'd probably be sorted by the stylesheet) and have them rollover with colour or something. The logo is obviously a particular look you were going for but I'm not sure what this site is for/about so that'll depend on whether the look is appropriate or not I suppose.

Iframes dont work in Netscape so all I see is a big mess on NS4.7 and NS6

works ok in Opera6 but your images are very pixelated and there is a gap between your header and link section about 3 pixels at the top but only 1 pixel at the bottom, the bottom right square is also about 1 or 2 pixels to far left, making it not line up with the top.

the text in the iframe looks like verdana but the text on the link section is default, your source code shows a css file on the iframe but not in the main section, using @import isnt the best way to include a style sheet, use something like
its more universal.

you could do this design just as well with tables, make a section of the right bit as a background so it expans with the content, adding a background to a css tag works in NS4 if your worrying about validation specs
