    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yeah, it would help to see your code but more than likely it is probably a database connection (username, password) gone badly. It can&#039;t connect to the database so your SQL query errors out.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can we see the code?  It&#039;s hard to tell exactly what caused the error without seeing what&#039;s going on.  It could be a problem with the mySQL query, or there might be a problem with the PHP.&lt;/p&gt;
