    <description> &lt;p&gt;I use php for my dual language site.&lt;br /&gt;
I have /templates/lang1/ &amp;amp; /templates/lang2/&lt;br /&gt;
all the files inside the 2 directories are text files some using html.&lt;br /&gt;
Then on my main pages I use&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;code&gt;echo temp(&amp;#039;/path/to/template.tmpl&amp;#039;);&lt;/code&gt;&#039;&lt;/p&gt;
