&lt;p&gt;Text &amp;gt; CSS Styles &amp;gt; New Style &amp;gt; Redefine HTML Tag - Body (either this document only or create an external style sheet) &amp;gt; OK &amp;gt; Category = Background - Browse &amp;amp; find your background image - Repeat = no-repeat - Attachment = fixed - Use the horizontal &amp;amp; vertical to fix the positioning of the image.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note : this will only show up correctly when viewing the page in a browser, don&#039;t worry about where the image is in the design view of DW.&lt;/p&gt;
