Yes, I would love to have that among tons of other programs but the pocket book is sorta slim right after Christmas. Adobe has lots of neat stuff but it is all so darn expensive. I am making a list though.

If you're running a business, the full Adobe Acrobat is worth the investment. Not only is it invaluable for producing online documents for web sites, but it is a nice versatile tool for electronic quoting, invoicing, site log reports, etc.

I never did figure out how to use my page maker so I tried the free conversions at Adobe and used them all up trying to get the pdf file to look right.

BUT....I did find a site that will let you convert as many html files as you want into PDF for FREE. YEA!!!
It is HERE if anyone else has a need for it.

hey - Pagemaker is a desktop publisher - I used it some a couple 'a years ago

to create .pdf files, you need Adobe's Distiller - HOWEVER, you can get five free conversions here

I have Adobe Page Maker that an old burnt out web designer friend gave me but have never used it. Isn't it for making PDF files? Is so, I guess I have some reading to do to see how it works. Anyone familiar with this program?

Best way would be zip file, or I think javascript can force it to downlaod rather than load.

as for turning it into a PDF, you need a PDF writer, or editor whatever they are called, they arent cheap and dont do trail versions, unless you know someone with one (sorry I dont) you may be out of luck but hopefully someone here can do it for you.

Just a side note, a word doc isnt always the best thing to offer for downloads, not many people upgrade word and a lot of the versions dont work with each other.
