Just do a whois lookup to see the domain info. Domain Registration is a problem some times. Many times companies will register a domain name for you. The catch is that they actually own the domain so if you want to transfer it somewhere else then you have to kick up some bucks.

Thanks.

I doubt the registrar is known. If it's not and they don't contact the owner and obtain the info, I will advise them to re-register a variation of the name.

Unless they have permission from the person that registered the domain name I don't believe there is anything that can be done. You might try contacting the registar where the name is registered through and see if they can offer some assistance. Considering the circumstances they may be able to change things. Do you know who it was registered through?
