DW is kind of a hybrid now, but I'd still classify it as a WYSIWYG. I definitely would agree that it is the best visual page editor I have come across. It's the only one I've found that can understand more sophisticated code, render it properly, and not mess with it. I have some pages here at work that use list styles, nested lists and CSS.
