    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yeah frames is really the only easy way of doing this but then you get into all the frames issues with search engines etc!&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Frames would be about the only way I know of. You could possibly do it using PHP but don&#039;t know if your host supports it.&lt;/p&gt;
