A couple of thoughts from my corner

The bottom of the page looks copped off to me, maybe extend the beigey colour down a wee bit more so that you see the whole of the shadow.

To me the black border should go on the right side as well, otherwise it looks unfinished and the right side with the thin strip of lines doesn't blend in. (there is a smudgy black dot about half an inch up from the bottom curve on the right, very picky I know but it bugged me!!)

You have Welcome on every page. Maybe change this to be the name of the page you are on - Portfolio, Resources etc.

The blue box on each page (webmasters/Tired of learning) looks odd to me, I would loose that.

Change the font, titles to be meaning full & add meta tags and it'll be very good.

The only thing I would change is the Main text on the white background. If you use verdana text it will read much easier for your viewers. All in all your site has a very nice touch. Only 1 other thing, Add some meta tags...lol Good Job.

There is a version 6 of NS now you know 6.2 is out now actually. If you like Netscape that's the way to go.

If you go through the link I posted you can get to a lot of previous versions of NS - go Communicator > choose your language > choose your OS > previous versions. There's a ton in there.

Hmmm, interesting site.

Here are some changes to consider:

Logo and Layout - What is up with the feet? It looks like one of the shapes that Photoshop has. They really detract from the site since they don't really have much meaning. I still can't believe that nobody, even Megan, mentioned the bold text. I think that it would be better and more readable without the bold. There is no Home link, it is About. This may be confusing to some people. The page that you start on should be called Home. Page title is pagedonewithslices.
Code - the code is fairly clean. Maybe replace some of those font tags. There were a couple of references to border=0 in tags.
Little things - this statement:

It is kind of ambiguous and you are telling people how easy it is to make changes. You should tell them that it is very difficult to do because it makes you look more like a genius.

I would rewrite this, as it sounds funny with people coming to your tool.
