The reason I suggested to have the price on the inside is for people with bad excahnge rates, if the price is in a page or two, then sticky has a page or two to 'sell' his templates, make you look for a price (dont hide it or make it hard to find), if the sales pitch is done right the price becomes a minor thing, as the product is a 'have to have' thingy.
if the price is on the first page then I (with my bad exchange rate) wouldnt even bother looking at them.

Hey, call me crazy. But, i actually like the HTTPcontent one. Everything seems to flow on that one pretty good. It may be a little bland, but i still like the way it looks.

I disagree on that one. Low prices is one of the selling points here so I definitely think that should be stated up front (of course, for those of us with crappy exchange rates those prices aren't low!). It's one of the first things people are going to want to know. If you're prices are on the high side that's something you wouldn't want people to see right away.

I think you shouldnt add the price in the opening statement, I'm guessing its US dollars so I'm out already, ($15 US = about $42 NZ).

As Megan said, make one layout and redirect to eachother, different layouts can confuse people to think its two totally diffeent sites, unless thats what you want.

I kinda like the stickytemplates one, but find it rather flat, maybe make yourself a fancy layout for yourself to use.

On the free templates page, I think you should add the terms of use to the top, or at least have way. or better yet use a download page where they have to agree to them before downloading (since your previous troubles, could also help cut down the price) - you could also add a terms of service text file in your zips.

not to keen on the httpcontent one either, doesnt have any oompf (life) in it.

Theres someone in the graphic templates that has a really good copyright set up, the name escapes me, think its Anna Thersia or something, may give you some ideas for protecting your work and stuff

I'm finding the colours to be a little on the yucky side too. Why are you creating two separate sites for the same content? Why not just use the same design and change the header if you must, or even redirect httpcontent to stickytemplates.

don't like colors at all. UCK!!
they look like the same colors for abstractweb (which i liked) but they don't look near as good here.
