I don't know how I can use the yellow color through out the site other than the images that I will be adding. Most of the images will have the yellow in them and that may be sufficient. If ya'll think of anything...yell. Maybe I will be attacked my the creativeness bug this weekend.

The text line length wasnt a problem, just had to keep my post longish, you know I cant post short ones

If you change the firetruck/car around, keep the fireman/woman the closest, as they are the main thingy

you could also use the line you have at the end (or another one) after the "inside the walls ..." section, to break it away from the main contents, so it stands out more as a quote I guess.

(now I'm filling in space lol), you could also add "read more" to the right, as you usually end at the right of the column/sentence, but works either way

If you made the top image a 'fade in image' (forgot its name) it will appear to load faster, mainly used with gifs but can be done with jpgs as well.

That rollover colour looks fine to me. It works because there is some yellow in the photos at the top there. It might be nice to try incorporate a little more yellow into the rest of the design but I'm not sure where and how you could do that.

Much, much, much, much better!

I'm not Megan (did you notice??!!) but I think those rollover colours work ok as they tie in the orangey colour in the right hand side of the top picture.
