There is a slight scroll in Opera, and no reason for it, at 800x600 and 1024x768.

A note about percentages -- they aren't a pancea, but they should work, as long as the padding, spacing, margins, borders and widths don't add to up to more than 100%.

You might want to explore using a slighting smaller size by a few percentage points for everything.

Or you might want to try htmlvalidator.com -- you have some nasty errors in there, notably having anything other than a tag before the tag, and a series of unclosed tags. That could result in rendering errors.

i use percents and not pixels...that way it looks half way right in all resolutions

What is the URL to this site? What resolution are you using? If you're using 800x600, remember that the tables should not actually be 800 pixels wide- rather, you should stick to around 760. After we have the URL, we'll be able to take a more in-depth look.
