A registrar will use a means of Authentication (To prove you are you say you are) when it comes to critical changes of this type of information

If you are the only e-mail on your registrar and you cannot access that e-mail to prove the athenticity then you will need to (In most cases) Prove otherwise that it is indeed you that registered the domain name.

This is normally done with a a Fax directly to the Domain registrar.

Example Fax

On behalf of Your domain or company, I XXXXXX with the social security number xxx-xxx-xxxx, or other identifiable docomentation am authorized to make these changes on the domain referrenced above.

according to the whois database the domain is showing incorrect DNS information and I am authorized to make these changes.

Delete NameServer xx.xxxxxxx.xxx
Add NameServer ccc.cccccc.ccc

We are concerned in requarding this domain name and wish that you will make these changes promptly.

The more information about the individual that is requesting the information the better.

Sign it, fax it.

If you used Network Solutions the number is below.
fax to 703-318-1306

Thanks for the tip! I do have a new email from the one since I registered the name. How would that work? I see I need to have the same email of the domain to register.

May I add... After you update your DNS, you have to wait 24-48 hours for propagating time before your site is fully functioning, and pointing to your new Host's server.
