What you want to do will require installing a script on your host server, it really can't be done by HTML alone.

There are plenty of free scripts out there that are available, such as:

I've never installed a script, but you will need to determine what your host allows (do you get your own CGI directory or do they have some scripts available for you to use?) and what scripts will work with your host system.

According to netcraft ( http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph/ ) "The site psychological-hug.com is running Apache/1.3.1.1 SSL/1.15 PHP/4.0b2 on BSD/OS."

I don't know enough about the BSD operating system to know what will work with it, but you've got PHP so you should be able to find a PHP script:
