    <description> &lt;p&gt;Thanks, I will have a look out for the book.  I&#039;ve had a look at the Microsoft site and I don&#039;t know if is just me or not but I find it a difficult format to learn from.  It&#039;s OK if youv&#039;e got a specific question but I cant get a good feel for the overall picture.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still nothing like paper is there.&lt;/p&gt;
