One I like is 'Create object from selection' you highlight the html you use a lot then it insertis an icon into the objects pallet and then when you want to use it again you just click the icon & it inserts it into the page. I use it a lot for particular sized tables.

Actually, looks like I gotta rephrase, , which are some of the more useful extensions you use for these products. I never had the time or energy to look through hundreds of extensions, but when someone referred me to a couple of them specifically, I was impressed with the functionality they added.

I'm not sure what the top 5 are, for the answer to that question I would probably turn to the macromedia exchange web site:
