    <description> &lt;p&gt;Well, I look at it like this. In an external stylesheet that is linked, I make one change and all my pages are updated. If I use it internally, then I have to update all of my pages. The support is a little better for internal but not enough to worry about. I always use external.&lt;/p&gt;
