Your title has the 'jaggies' really bad. I can just see a nice red, yellow and white logo. That would look much better. Your little red buttons have lots of extra junk around the edges. Here is a cleaned up version of the contact button. Not hard to fix at all.

The blue text that you have on the left for the Traffic Analysis and Behavior Statisics looks like it should be clickable and the color doesn't match the other blue color of the site.

I am still a little unclear of what the purpose of the site is. Maybe you should have a brief introductory paragraph.??

Just and idea but couldn't you use an unordered list for the text on the left instead of spacer gifs?

It looks as if you have centered the title on home page and on the demo page but there is no closing center...
You have no title tag or meta tags.

Just about the number one problem that we see with websites that we review is lack of a logo. Your site is definitely in dire need of a logo. That aliased text will just not do. A logo will make or break you. You could quite easily create a text only logo but you would better off with making something that people will remember you for.

Logo as mentioned above should be top priority.
Coding - I thought that the code was a little on the sloppy side. Avoid using the <BR> so much. On your left side menu bar. You use one <TD> tag followed by 22 <BR> tags and 21 spacer.gif's. Very, very poor coding. It should be done as rows and cells and could be quite easily.
Page layout is okay but my eyes are constantly being drawn to all of the poor graphics.
Graphics - you need some professional looking graphics on this site.

Your site looks like it may work fine but expect no one to be impressed with the poor visual picture that you have presented to them. If I were a non-techie (not much chance of that happening) then I am impressed generally by flashy presentations. Your site though it may provide good data would not impress them. Work on the visual presentation.

Our interviews at about 30 companies indicated that these elements were not wanted. The companies preferred to use Internet-wide stats. Comments were that the media buyers were asking which banners or emails were resulting in sales and the webmasters were returning with browser versions and screen size.

I am half-convinced to include these stats so I hope others will comment on them also.

A couple of extra things not mentioned so far

user id, you have "Id" should be "ID"

the demo page has a scroll bar at 800x600

you need to use with, height and alt tags on your images, its very jumpy when you site loads.

The stats on the demo page, its just vistors, wheres the useful stuff like browser versions, screen size, screen colors ...

the demo page in Netscape 4.7 looks good, well the font on the stats do, in IE its all bold. Dont center your links in the left table. "Current", and "%unquie vistors" is to small and blurred, cant make it out.
the tables lines and columns display well in Netscape, nothing in IE.

Also there is no title tags

My first impression is that there is just way too much competing for my attention here. Bold is used to emphasize, so when everything is bold it just makes it really difficult for me to figure out what I should be looking for. What is the most important information on this page? You need to prioritize your information better.

I also thought that the list of points on the left side was a navbar at first - it looks like one and is placed like one. I would get rid of the news items and concentrate on your own content. Maybe a two column layout with the list of features on one side and the list of plans on the other side. You also need to make it easy for people to sign-up - I don't see anything on here to that effect.

I also agree that a better logo is needed.

Can you help us out by reviewing a couple of the other sites in this part of the forum. This not only helps you get ideas but helps other's and they in turn will be more likely to review yours.

Just looked at the site and at a first glance I have to say that it doesn't look particularly professional. You need a logo done so that it gives the site a branding and becomes something people associate with a company. Secondly don't use comic sans as a font.
