&lt;p&gt;I changed &#039;UseCanonicalName&#039; from &#039;On&#039; to &#039;Off&#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
I tested it, and it worked.&lt;br /&gt;
I then removed all the rewrite stuff, and it still works.&lt;/p&gt;
