    <description> &lt;p&gt;Okay, so it&#039;s like blogger.com only it doesn&#039;t have as much flexibility in terms of design, and it&#039;s not remotely hosted but it does seem to have more flexibility and expandability.  PHPnuke seems to be more suited for creating a whole site rather than parts of one.  Is this right?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s a news posting template script that generates the layout of the pages.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pretty nifty, but it does everything for you.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Your first problem I think is the cellspacing being set so high and the second problem is those pixel.gif&#039;s you have that are putting some horizontal space in between your tables.  Getting rid of those two things makes a big difference.  The other problem is that big image in the middle - it still needs to be smaller (just resize it in your graphics program and link it to a bigger version).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What is PHPnuke by the way?&lt;/p&gt;
