The content of the site is great and content IS king.

I would suggest including some pictures on the home page especially if you could change them often.

I guess I'll start at the top. The logo looks kinda funky with the "org" down the the left all by itself. I like the effect you have done with the picture links at the very top. The Member Center part is hard to read and it makes the page have a horizontal scroll on 800X600. The forum and chat are done in a purple color while the rest of the site is mostly blue. Might consider having the same color through out if possible. I would make the home page more of an introduction. It isn't clear exactly what the purpose of the site is.

The front page is crammed with to much information, I would split up some of the stuff and put it on different pages.

and like the rest said, you gotta tell people somehow what your page is about. At first it starts to look like a nascar site, and then there is some Space stuff???

The site doesn't really have a purpose per se. It's more of a blog type thing. In reality, it's more of an intro to my forums, where I get most of my traffic.

1) sideways scroll at 1152x864 !!

2) I have absolutely no idea what your site purpose is.

3) the background effect on a:hover looks really bad on hyperlinked graphics. You might want to establish a different class for those.

The site definitely needs some kind of introduction.

I like the look and feel of the site but you definitely need to do something about the scroll bars/pictures!

You might try to optimize your site for 800x600 for most people to view. Other than that all PHPNuke sites look very much the same.

Looks nice but what is it about? Yet another one where the point doesn't come across right away. Is this some sort of blog or something? You might want to make that more clear.

I'm getting a rather large horiztonal scroll at 1024 because of the big photos you have in the body area. Shrink those down a bit and link them to the larger versions.

The only other thing I can find to complain about right now is the logo. Just make the "dot" a . - it's more readable I think, and shrink down that drop shadow on the text (oversized drop shadows are a big pet peeve of mine.) Maybe try to make that all a bit bigger too.
