    <description> &lt;p&gt;These days anything being pushed is considered bad, unless the person to whom you&#039;re pushing the content to has opted in. If you&#039;re not going to be refreshing the page then you&#039;re going to have to write an ActiveX control or a Java applet.&lt;/p&gt;
