Hi Ken,
A couple suggestions to fix your problem.

1. Try setting the background colors in the cells containing the rounded corners to the background color of the page.

2. Make sure the width of the cells containing the corner images is exactly the same as the corners themselves.
Also, make sure the alignment is set to right.

3. Set the width of the middle column in the table to 100%.

Try these, and see if that helps at all.
