Sometimes Sarc.com will let you download a small program that does it for you. But this is not always the case, yet worth a try. Sometimes, if you get yourself into trouble, you've got to take the necessary steps to get yourself out. If it requires registry tweaking and he doesn't feel comfortable, then by all means, either you or someone you know who is techy, should do it.
