It seems to be up all the time. But they only offer 5 megs and no ads. No ftp and no other features.

I suggest f2s, netfirms, brinkster, or something along those lines if you want hosting with features.

Since I personally wouldn't touch a free host with a ten-foot stick, I don't have any recent market experience with any, but I bet you that you can find a lot at freewebspace.net .

Hmmm,

I've tried prohosting and although they are great for ASP, they don't support ColdFusion plus only the paid service is bannerless.

I've just had a quick look virtualave but again they don't seem to support ColdFusion.

Maybe I'm being picky but there just don't seem to be that many free hosts that do support ColdFusion, for free and without banners...
