    <description> &lt;p&gt;My monitor is set to 1600x1200.  But I use a javascript to resize my browser to 1024x768.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just my 2.15 cents.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The majority of web users use 800x600, so your page should look sharp in that resolution primarily. You should design for it generally, but also keep in mind you want to have a usable web page to people in higher/lower (God forbidden, any lower is just sick!) resolutions.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;if you use percentage in your tables it will adjust to size, in frames you can use the &#039;*&#039; as a wild card, say you have a side frame of 200, just use  and it will size to screen size.&lt;br /&gt;
with tables make the table width=&quot;100%&quot; and it will size to the screen size.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hope this helps (and you can understand it)&lt;/p&gt;
