&lt;p&gt;Try using something like that instead -- the function is in the  and allows you to name the main window that the script loads into, so you can use the popup as a remote, as well you can set the window.focus to keep the popups on top of the main window.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The tutorials linked in there are where the script comes from, and are VERY useful for understanding what you are doing. &lt;/p&gt;
