I'm new to this (and didn't see your previous site) but I'll give it a go!

Firstly - like the colours...clean and simple. The only thing is that the grey text is a little harder to read, especially on the lined background (like in your navigation section). I like how when you run the mouse over the links they go black, but maybe going with a shade of blue rather than grey would make the text stand out more.

Also, maybe its just me, but they way your title bar is aligned...the actual box that its in is centered and looks good, but the text being aligned on the right within the box makes it look a little off centre...maybe the whole lot could be centered?

And your navi-bar...the fact that its a bunch of links to places in the rest of your site pretty much defines the fact that its a navigation bar and maybe doesn't need to be labelled as such? And maybe if your navigation bar was on all the internal pages so you don't have to go back to the main page to pick a new section?

Overall a nice site with lots of info set out in a simple clear manner...with lots of whitespace which makes it feel spacious...well done!

I don't really get who you are aiming this stuff at? It seems to me that you want to use it to promote every scam going! Like the free phone calls from the UK & the HotMail password thing.

If you continue with the idiot files then prepare yourself for any backlash from embarressed "idiots".

Check your spelling - where is Australien?

Either get rid of the stripes on the side tables or use a more prominent colour for the links. You need more content on the first page as to me it looks daft having the side tables full with nothing in the middle column.

As far as appearance....I would get rid of the lined background like someone stated earlier.

Also, I would change the color of the gray text and the gray table borders to something darker. Actually the same blue that you are using might look good for table borders.

Your links should be the standard blue(link), red(hover) and purple(visited). That would give the site some color.

Gray just ain't my thang this week.

the text in your logo at the top isn't centered. Is it supposed to be like that?

The Music is now out of the window.

The World of stuff is a bit broard but I feel this way I can get the most people interest. I have found all of the stuff on the site interesting, so I am sure that other people will have.

Best to target a specific niche. Become the authority on a something. Don't try to be everything to everyone.

I would venture to say that you probably are opening yourself up to some kind of litigation or legal issues by publishing full names under the "Idiot" section. Althought you're protected by the US Constitution's first amendment (sp?) there could be some grey area that could get you in trouble. Oh, and i agree with the others about the music...i say ditch it.

I thought that the music added a special something but I have now taken it off. I have also re-worked the I-files logo. I think that if it had no names in the I-files then it would meen nothing.

The design is a little better. The major design problems are the background makes the text look like it is striked-through. The music is still there, looping continuously and driving me nuts. The content is still a little off IMO. It is poor taste having an idiots file. Even poorer taste to display the persons full name. The logo also also should be reworked.
