    <description> &lt;p&gt;The SMTP server that is built into IIS is mostly for sending, it can receive emails but it can&#039;t do much with them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You could use ASP and the FSO to scan the incoming folder, open the files, then save that info to the database but won&#039;t the content of the incoming emails be encrypted, or is it just plain text?&lt;/p&gt;
