Actually, I have a client who's trying to get me to fix this problem. The problem is really that the CSS he's defined has all kinds of problems in the definitions. But here's the code from DreamWeaver to refer to the file:

There's no extension. I can't image that DW wouldn't add the extension for the file but that may be part of the problem for some verions of Netscape.

That doesn't make sense. People can turn off their CSS and that's their choice. Additionally, the default is for the stylesheets to be ENABLED in Netscape, not disabled!

That's some bad advice there, that's for sure. I looked for a feedback link but couldn't find one. That "bug fix" is just a bunch of hooey.

Okay, this really doesn't make sense to me. Why would Dreamweaver stylesheets NOT work in Netscape while hand-coded stylsheets would? I've never encountered a problem with this (although I rarely use DW to make stylsheets - interface is just too annoying.)
