Try Hostmatters. They are definitely the best I have ever been associated with. Here is the link to their hosting plans. They have a plan for $46/mo that has 15GB transfer but only 425MB. They still might be able to accomodate your 500MB though for under $50. You can either email them or post in their online forum.
