    <description> &lt;p&gt;I needed too. But now it works fine. Well, at least with that line. I enabled direct execution from the registery, way easier.&lt;/p&gt;

Anyway, on my machine, I had to include &quot;perl.exe&quot; on the end of my shebang line.&lt;/p&gt;
