    <description> &lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t think you&#039;ll be able to get them exactly tight to each other on both browsers, but you can get close by using the top and left attributes of the window in your pop-up script.  So a basic funciton might look like this:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Jut fiddle around with the left and top values until you get them where you want them&lt;/p&gt;
