    <description> &lt;p&gt;You wanna make everything inactive except the newest 8 chronologically.  Right?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sort the array by time first. Then loop through each line with a FOR loop starting at record 9, and make everything inactive.&lt;/p&gt;
