    <description> &lt;p&gt;For me it works in both, just the Netscape version doesnt show the dropshadow in the left frame, works/looks fine in IE.&lt;br /&gt;
I had a quick look at your code, try:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;add topmargin=&quot;0&quot; leftmargin=&quot;0&quot; marginheight=&quot;0&quot; marginwidth=&quot;0&quot; to your body tag/s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;place all td cell contents on the same line (some arent on the bottom of the left frame page);&lt;br /&gt;
contents blah blah  [right]&lt;br /&gt;
contents blah blah&lt;br /&gt;
                         [wrong]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;cols=* rows=* ?? if it only has one, dont use them, they are to be used for 2 or more, not 1.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;don&#039;t use spacers in your file names, they get converted to %20&#039;s and can confuse browsers&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;same as link, the contents between the &lt;a&gt; and &lt;/a&gt; should always be on the same line.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Netscape has I think an extra pixel on borders than IE&lt;/p&gt;
