Hey Brian, took a look at the site and since it is mostly under construction, you wouldn't get MUCH more by including it, but it wouldn't hurt. A fully developed, active site with a domain would be worth more. If you get going on it and finish it, get some traffic, you could add that to the price of the domain, though there's no exact formula to figuring out how much. For the most part it's how much someone is willing to pay for it.

That's my personal opinion, so please, you weren't obliged to say that it was a "BAD" domain.

hey,
I'm popular!, that's nice!. I don't wanna sell my creation or something of that sort. You don't really understand. I need money. The only thing i have on the web is my poor domain that does worth a CENT. I needed some money to make my site a bit more professional. I have only one determination. Make my site become a futur teen.com . Believe me, for 2 years now, i'm building my site. I'm having many problems with it. And now, i'm completly full up with those problems. I can't handle it. The last thing for me would be to sell my last property areacool.com, and stop with the web. For now 2 years i had this determination of having a cool site for teens. I'm completly messed, and completly LOST. I dunno what to do.
