in my opinion there are too many pop ups. this is the worst thing !!! The dseign is fine. Simple light and clean. No content though.

1. Don't use yellow text on a grey background - hard to read
2. Change the background of the welcome table to match the yellow used elsewhere in the design
3. You've got major alignment problems here - the what's new, welcome, search, and ad banner should line up in some way.
4. How come all the links are going to clickheretofind.com????

This should probably be moved to the web site critique area.

That being said, here are a couple of suggestions:

1. Decrease top margin size- as fatboy said, it looks somewhat awkward as is.
2. Give the page a title! Untitled Document is not very creative
3. Center the banner
4. Make the text in the what's new box one size smaller (including the what's new header)
5. Fix the spacing between the bottom and the yellow bar so that they align properly

Also, right now all the links on your site are pointing to an affiliate link... Why no content? I certainly hope you didn't post a critique request in an attempt to drive traffic to an affiliate linking site.

Can I make a couple suggestions?

Everything is real good but you may want to:

1. decrease the size of the top margin. It seems just a little too wide.

2. make the top of the What's New table and the top of the Welcome table line up.
