Yeah that looks a bit better, I would change it for a better quality photo as soon as you can as it is the first thing visitors are going to see. Other than that it's looking fine now

Better, but don't you have a better picture of Dr. Fernando R. Puente, MD? It looks like it has been scanned in off a magazine, I think a better picture would look far more professional.
