sounds as if you've not requested the form input properly, is this jmail, asp messaging or a simple mailto?

There isn't a link to it as it's for my company's intranet site and it can't go live until I sort out this little problem.

Basically, when you click on it an email box opens but without the subject title/answers they've put in.

Does this help at all?
