Well, apparently he doesn't want anymore reviews as the site is password-protected. I think that cnet thing was hilarious. Just in case you missed it, if you want to "defeat" the script, simply hold down the left button, click the right button, release the left, and you have a handy, instant menu. So go forth and view source and save images!

It has been discussed about the no-right click script. It is a waste of time to use because it is so easy to defeat and aggravating to people. I did run across this rather humorous way of doing it at CNET

The site looks okay. I would reduce the size of the picture on the home page also. To me if you insist on having a home page like that, you need to have some text that says click on the picture to enter. The alt tag is all that you have but you should assume that a lot of people will go to your page and because their cursor is not over the picture will not know what to do. I would lose it altogether though.

Once you enter the site, to me there is just not enough content. Why is there a picture of a car here? Explain what this car is and why it is here. You might have designed the site for your buddies to see but this is the World Wide Web.

The mouseovers are nice but again I have stuff like 'cleaning tips, How 2's'. How to what? What to clean? This questions should be answered. God only knows what 731 is. I see it is a counter.

I would lose the guestbook. It is always unpro to have a guestbook. Let people post their comments in your forum.

Gray text on black is okay for your sidebar but it can be hard to read if there is a lot of text like on the cleaning tips page.

Frankly, I'm not going to install another browser to visit a particular site. If a site doesn't accommodate me and my preferred browser/OS, well, I won't stick around.

If a site creator doesn't care about NS users enough to make their site work for them, then they really don't want me to visit their site in the first place or bookmark it or return again. Bye-bye, there are lots of other sites out there.

Well, I looked at the VQPower site briefly. The image on your splash page said it was 87K, which on a dial-up is kinda large.

On the next page, all I can see in the nav bar column is the counter at the top, even though when I looked at the source I can see you have stuff there. Yes, I can look at the source, despite your "no right click" script. (They don't work on Macs, ya know?) "var mymessage = "Sorry, but you can't view the source of this page."

Perhaps it has to do with the fact that IE and NS see CSS differently and I'm using NS 4.5. But since I can't get to any links, that's as far as I went.
