    <description> &lt;p&gt;I would fax it. If you don&#039;t have a fax machine, go to Kinko&#039;s and use theirs. If you mail it, NS has one more reason to lose it.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Assuming that it&#039;s NSI that you need to update/modify the records.An alternative method would be to print out the correct forms , make the changes and fax it to them. &lt;/p&gt;
